The Collective AIM

The Collective for Antiracism in Medicine partners with healthcare professionals, educators, and organizations to implement antiracist tools and strategies.

We are
The Collective

The Collective AIM is a group of physician educators and leaders from across the country who are passionate about sharing our expertise in antiracist practices.

We partner with healthcare organizations and academic institutions that want to engage in longitudinal antiracism work to define goals, implement strategies, and evaluate tools.

Through a longitudinal partnership, our clients will learn to:

+ Advance health equity 

+ Integrate a critical lens by which to examine and help dismantle racism in medicine

+ Manifest opportunities for growth and healing in their roles as healthcare professionals, educators, and researchers
